David Beckham Attends The Funeral Of His Grandfather

David and Victoria Beckham attend an emotional funeral of David’s grandfather, Joe West in Golders Green, North London. By the look on Victoria Beckham’s face you wouldn’t have known it was a funeral. She always seems to look the same- no smile and dressed in black.

As for David- well it was interesting to see him wearing a Jew beanie. I never knew he came from a Jewish family. I know Beckham has described his maternal grandfather as Jewish, but he never has referred to himself as Jewish. I remember once in an interview he considered himself “half Jewish” but he never once talked about practicing Jewish traditions.
