Lindsay Lohan Secret Relationship With Heath Ledger

Lindsay Lohan was out and about yesterday grabbing some take out. Grabs Some Take Out at Katsuya restaurant in West Hollywood, California.

She had what seemed to be mixed emotions about seeing the paparazzi but after a few steps gave in and smiled for the cameras after picking up her grub.

What she didn’t know was that her mom Dina Lohan was about to drop a bombshell of a secret that would change the next few weeks of celebrity gossip.

Dina recently revealed to RadarOnline.com that her daughter Lindsay was secretly dating Heath Ledger when he died and his death devastated her. In the explosive recorded audio tape of a phone conversation between Dina and Michael Lohan, Dina says that Ledger and Lindsay had been dating at the time of his tragic death in January of 2008.

I honestly don’t know what to believe. Dina is the only one who is actually saying anything at this time- Lindsay has not made any statements and I don’t believe she would want to acknowledge this. If she did- this could change a lot of peoples perception of Heath and Lindsay. Do you think this is actually true? Why is she doing this now?
