Katherine Heigl still has her motherly glow as she looked beautiful while spending time with her husband Josh Kelley- but could the pressures of being a new mom too much for her?

The starlet seemed slightly unsettled as she got teary eyed as she sipped a martini while lunching for her birthday in Los Feliz, CA.

Josh seemed to cheer her up as the couple high fived and smiled before walking hand in hand en route to their car.
